It was brand-new, neat and with a nice balcony.

Its location is excellent & wonderful, very close to the lake snd completely surrounded by mountains as well as the summit.

The breakfast served was superb with freshly made eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice, as example. The location was great, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Zeller See Beach.

Adequate and comfy unit with a standard decor.

Nice area, very central location adjacent to the main square, the local water park on the edge of the lake and Kaprun/Schmitten. Quite close to Zeller See Beach.

The units were quiet with festive ambience.

No complaints, liked my stay at this hotel and would consider staying here again. Spotlessly clean place, staff was well organised. Had a new-fashioned and beautifully decorated room with good views, lovely interior plus 

It had marvellous and gorgeous location with access to Zeller See Beach nearby.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the restaurant, the center of the town and the filthy buses. Also, Vogtturm City Museum was nearby. The rooms were immaculate and fancy, had hypoallergenic pillows and 

Good sized unit with balcony. Magnificent and amazing location, close to Zell am See-Kaprun.

Good pool, parking on site. Immaculate and wonderful room with lake views. A wide range of DELICIOUS food for meals.

It's based in the centre of the city.

Complimentary champagne, upgraded to Junior Suite, beautiful spacious room, modern amenities, personalized service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is probably the best in the area. Very clean, freshly and well decorated, and loved the bathrooms. Staff very sweet and accomodating. Price excellent since you are also getting breakfast (not bad), as well as dinner. Drinks you have to pay
